What is negotiation empowerment?
Negotiation is an interaction in which what two or more parties accomplish together is better than what each can do alone — where 2 + 2 is greater than 4. How well we negotiate shapes our personal, professional, and community lives, and the relationships within them.
The good news is that the ability to effectively negotiate is not fixed; it is a capacity that is learned, practiced, and strengthened over time. Negotiation empowerment is the process of equipping ourselves with the skills, dispositions, and confidence needed to negotiate well in day-to-day interactions. Our intention is to support you with the proper resources throughout this process.

We sit at the intersection.
This work blends our expertise in three domains: learning sciences, negotiation, and culture. We combine our knowledge of learning design and artificial intelligence with decades of experience researching culture in negotiation and developing successful online negotiation courses in order to co-construct meaningful learning experiences with local communities. The output does not intend to replace existing on-the-ground initiatives, but rather to augment them with improved access to negotiation curricula, preparation activities, and practical, culturally responsive practice exercises with immediate personalized feedback.
